Delivery Information

Delivery times depend on your postal code zone and cannot be changed. While we aim for consistency, routes may vary daily.

You’ll get a tracking link via SMS when your tiffin is out for delivery, followed by a confirmation once it’s dropped off. Please collect it promptly, as we’re not responsible for lost or unattended meals.

Missed deliveries due to incorrect info, locked access, or absence will not be resent or refunded.

We can deliver directly to your unit door, including condos, just ensure your buzzer/access info is up to date. This service is available for an extra $1.99 per tiffin.
