Yes! We understand that standard meal packages might not always fit your needs. Do You Offer Custom Subscriptions?

Yes! We currently offer weekly and monthly tiffin subscriptions, and you can contact us for custom plans such as biweekly deliveries or additional portions.

How Do I Track my Delivery?

Delivery times vary depending on your postal code. You can check your delivery window at the product page.

Whenever your tiffin is out for delivery — whether part of a daily, weekly, or monthly package — you'll receive a tracking link via SMS so you can follow it in real time.

Once your tiffin has been delivered, you'll also receive a confirmation message letting you know it has arrived.

Can I Pause or Cancel my Meal Plan?

Yes! If you need to pause, skip, or cancel your meal plan, simply contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust your schedule accordingly.

Do You Offer Catering Services?
