Refund policy

1. Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances, as our products are perishable food items. Once a meal has been delivered or picked up, it cannot be returned or reused for health and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in limited situations, such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete order
  • Spoiled or damaged food (photo evidence required)
  • Failure to deliver without notice or explanation

You must contact us within 2 hours of delivery to report any issues.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information
  • Meals that are not collected promptly or left unattended

3. Cancellations

One-Time/Single Orders

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Orders cancelled after this window will be charged in full.

Meal Packages (e.g., 5-meal packs, weekly/monthly subscriptions)

Once a package is purchased, it cannot be cancelled mid-way. You must use up all the meals in your package before ending the plan.

Exceptions (such as medical emergencies or relocation) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for partially used packages are not guaranteed and remain at our discretion. Please contact us using the 'Contact Us' page on our website to request a review.

4. Missed or Unattended Deliveries

Please ensure that your delivery details (address, buzzer/access info) are accurate and up to date.

Please collect your meal promptly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended meals.
Missed deliveries due to incorrect information, locked access, or customer absence will not be resent or refunded.
