- Delivery times depend on your postal code zone and cannot be changed. While we aim for consistency, routes may vary daily.
- You’ll get a tracking link via SMS when your tiffin is out for delivery, followed by a confirmation once it’s dropped off. Please collect it promptly, as we’re not responsible for lost or unattended meals.
- Missed deliveries due to incorrect info, locked access, or absence will not be resent or refunded.
- We can deliver directly to your unit door, including condos, just ensure your buzzer/access info is up to date. This service is available for an extra $1.99 per tiffin.
